I'm new at this, buying DVDs online. I was wondering where the best place to go for buying FMA Brotherhood DVDs, but I have one issue. I want to buy a DVD with the original Japanese audio, but English subtitles. I'm hoping that kind of thing exists. I'm willing to import from Japan if I have to. I found a boxset on Play Asia that fits these requirements, all except that the subtitles are only in Chinese.
Pretty much every anime DVD(except for a few childrens' titles and Crayon Shin Chan) will have the option to watch it in Japanese with English subs. If you're ever in doubt, just scroll down to the product description and check the language/subtitles.The best places to buy them are probably:Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=fullmetal+alchemist+brotherhood&x=0&y=0Rightstuf: http://www.rightstuf.com/rssite/main/Rightstuf is pretty much the the top place to get anime from(Bootleg free too!), but amazon is cheaper on occasion.(and this is one of those occasions)
All anime DVD's should have the dubbed and the subbed versions on them.

There you go. :)
